Prodhan.com is a growing e-commerce platform in Bangladesh, focused on building a scalable, customer-centric, and high-performing online business. To lead our e-commerce operations and drive sustainable growth, we are looking for a Professional E-commerce Manager with in-depth knowledge of e-commerce business models, operations, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Prodhan.com’s e-commerce operations and performance

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability

• Oversee product sourcing, pricing, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment

• Work closely with marketing teams to plan and optimize digital campaigns and conversions

• Analyze business data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance

• Manage cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, customer support, and logistics

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high customer satisfaction

• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

• Report business performance, insights, and growth plans to top management

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• MBA or professional certification in E-commerce / Digital Business will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, management, or business growth roles

• Proven track record in managing and scaling e-commerce platforms

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, sales funnels, logistics, and customer experience
