• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor in Urban Regional Planning (BURP)

• Candidates with BURP from BUET, RUET, CUET & KUET will be given preference

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 25 to 28 years

• BURP with 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field

• Age 25 to 28 years preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• Should have knowledge about rules & regulations related to real estate development including Dhaka Metropolitan Building Rules,2025 & Private Residential Project Land Development Rules,2004.

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Must have the knowledge to explain the Detailed Area Plan (DAP) to identify the requirements for real estate development

• Must know GIS software to conduct land suitability analysis for identifying suitable lands for developments and to analyze other development trends

• Should know Auto CAD and Adobe illustrator software for additional responsibilities
