We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a short-term research project involving field data collection in Dhaka and business proposal development. The role requires visiting multiple locations, gathering market information, and converting findings into a professional business proposal.

Job Responsibilities

Field Research:

-Visit assigned locations/properties across Dhaka (outskirts i.e. Narayanganj)

-Collect current market price (sale/lease where applicable)

-Identify availability status (for sale/rent)

-Gather information from local agents, owners, or relevant sources

-Track historic or past price trends where possible

-Document findings with notes and phots

Business Proposal And Reporting:

-Organize research data and additional information into structured reports.

-Analyze pricing trends and market feasibility

-Prepare a professional business proposal (to be discusses)
