Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.
∎ 2) Product receive and delivery for servicing.
∎ 3) Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ 4) Handle customers with effective communication skills.
∎ 5) Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ 6) Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers.
∎ 7) Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ 8) Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
∎ 1) Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
∎ 2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ 3) Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
∎ 4) Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
∎ 5) Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
∎ 6) A positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers
∎ 7) Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike for transport support.
