We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and service-oriented Operations Manager who can take charge of daily operations and elevate the Boardroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure Boardroom is clean, organized, and fully functional throughout the day.
- Check all equipment (PS5 consoles, controllers, pool tables, karaoke system, ACs, projectors) and ensure timely repair/maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, and gaming accessories.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain checklists.
Staff Management & Service Quality
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Conduct staff training on behavior, hygiene, up-selling, and customer handling.
- Create staff rosters, manage attendance, and maintain discipline.
- Solve internal conflicts professionally and maintain a healthy work environment.
Revenue Growth & Up-Selling
- Actively promote up-selling of memberships, packages, snacks, and additional services.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase daily revenue and customer footfall.
- Introduce weekday promotions, events, and special packages.
- Track and analyze daily income reports to identify areas of improvement.
Event Planning & Execution
- Organize and manage events such as PS5 tournaments, competitions, birthday bookings, and themed nights.
- Coordinate logistics, schedule, prize distribution, and overall management.
- Work with influencers or partners to increase engagement and visibility.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create and post content (photos/videos/reels) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Respond quickly to customer messages and inquiries.
- Promote offers, events, and seasonal campaigns to increase reach.
Customer Handling & Problem Resolution
- Ensure quick and professional handling of customer complaints.
- Maintain a friendly yet firm attitude in enforcing rules.
- Provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction without compromising policies.
Reporting & Administrative Tasks
- Prepare daily sales reports, petty cash summaries, and inventory logs.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication with the owner.
- Assist in vendor management, purchasing, and small owner-assigned tasks.
