To strengthen our Research & Development (R&D) Team, we are currently looking for dedicated and competent individuals to join us as Research & Development Officers (Proofreader & Content Researcher).
Job Responsibilities
Conduct research on government job exam syllabuses, patterns, and question trends
Develop course content and model test materials for competitive exams
Proofread and edit books, question banks, and study materials
Write analytical explanations and detailed answers to exam questions
Coordinate with mentors and academic teams for content development
Ensure accuracy, quality, and academic integrity in all published materials
Perform necessary documentation and academic research tasks
Must have basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, typing skills, etc.)
Educational Requirements
Honors/Master’s degree completed in any discipline
Candidates from Public Universities will be given preference
Experience Requirements
Experience in participating in government job exams is mandatory
Strong interest in research, academic writing, and content development
Prior experience working with any publication house or academic content team will be an added advantage
