Prodhan.com একটি দ্রুত বর্ধনশীল E-commerce Platform, যেখানে আমরা International Dropshipping Model-কে স্কেল করতে কাজ করছি।
এই লক্ষ্যে আমরা দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ প্রফেশনালদের খুঁজছি, যারা বাংলাদেশে বসে আন্তর্জাতিক মার্কেট (China, USA, etc.) থেকে Winning Product Source করতে পারবেন এবং সাপ্লাই চেইন দক্ষভাবে পরিচালনা করতে পারবেন।

Job Responsibilities:

• International Market (Alibaba, AliExpress, 1688, etc.) থেকে Winning Product Research ও Sourcing করা

• নির্ভরযোগ্য Supplier খুঁজে বের করা এবং Negotiation করা

• Product Quality, Pricing ও Shipping Time বিশ্লেষণ করা

• Dropshipping Model অনুযায়ী Supplier Selection ও Coordination করা

• Product Sample যাচাই ও Quality Control নিশ্চিত করা

• New Trending Product Identify করে Testing-এর জন্য প্রস্তুত করা

• Logistics, Delivery Process ও Order Fulfillment Monitor করা

• Supplier Database তৈরি ও Maintain করা

• Marketing Team-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে Product Launch Support করা

Requirements:

• International Product Sourcing / Dropshipping-এ কমপক্ষে ১–২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা

• Alibaba, AliExpress, 1688, CJ Dropshipping ইত্যাদি Platform ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা

• Supplier Communication ও Negotiation Skills ভালো হতে হবে

• Product Research ও Trend Analysis-এ Strong Understanding থাকতে হবে

• Basic English Communication Skill (Reading/Writing) প্রয়োজন

• E-commerce Business Model সম্পর্কে পরিষ্কার ধারণা থাকতে হবে

• Detail-oriented, Responsible ও Result-driven mindset
