As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with top management to drive strategic growth across all business units. This role requires a highly analytical, execution-driven professional who can connect marketing, operations, product development, strategic planning, and sales to unlock new revenue streams and scale the organization.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Strategy, or Sales-related roles.
Fresh graduates from top institutions with exceptional analytical and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of business models, revenue generation, and growth strategy.
Experience in EdTech, E-commerce, or Digital Platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable business outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across departments.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Develop and execute strategic growth plans by identifying new business opportunities across Education, Publications, and E-commerce verticals while expanding services, products, and market segments.
Drive admission and revenue growth by optimizing the full student acquisition funnel, improving conversion rates, and implementing effective pricing, campaigns, and offer strategies.
Contribute to product and publication development by collaborating with the R&D team, analyzing market demand, and supporting go-to-market strategies for courses, books, and bundled offerings.
Accelerate e-commerce and sales performance by leading growth initiatives for Boibari, optimizing sales funnels, enhancing customer retention, and exploring partnerships and distribution channels.
Ensure effective cross-functional execution by coordinating with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Production, IT, and Accounts teams for campaign delivery, platform improvements, and financial alignment.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporate entities while exploring B2B opportunities for institutional enrollments, training programs, and bulk sales.
Monitor business performance through KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting, while supporting top management in strategic decision-making and long-term expansion planning.
