Experience with innovation management and bringing new products to market.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
R&D Management: Proven ability to lead research and development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
R&D Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools and software for managing R&D projects.
Innovation Management: Familiarity with frameworks and tools for driving innovation within an organization.· Budgeting and Resource Management: Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in the relevant scientific or technical fields related to the industry.
