Additional Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in R&D management, preferably within the technology, healthcare, or real estate, chain shop, departmental store sectors.

  2. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  3. Experience with innovation management and bringing new products to market.

  4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  7. R&D Management: Proven ability to lead research and development initiatives from concept to commercialization.

  8. R&D Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools and software for managing R&D projects.

  9. Innovation Management: Familiarity with frameworks and tools for driving innovation within an organization.·         Budgeting and Resource Management: Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

  10. Technical Expertise: Strong background in the relevant scientific or technical fields related to the industry.

  11. Innovation Management: Experience in fostering innovation and managing the development of new products and technologies.

  12. Project Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and managing complex R&D projects.

  13. Research Methodologies: Strong understanding of research methodologies and their application in product development.

  14. Strategic Planning: Skill in aligning R&D activities with broader company strategies.

  15. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions.

  16. Time Management: Effective in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

·         Lead the R&D team in the development of innovative products, technologies, and solutions.

·         Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the company’s goals and market needs.

·         Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of R&D projects.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and sales, to bring new products to market.

·         Oversee the evaluation of new technologies and their potential application within the company.

·         Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches.

·         Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

·         Prepare and present reports on R&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
