• Lead the R&D team in the development of innovative products, technologies, and solutions.

• Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the company’s goals and market needs.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of R&D projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and sales, to bring new products to market.

• Oversee the evaluation of new technologies and their potential application within the company.

• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Prepare and present reports on R&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
