Experience:
Sales & Customer Handling
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, email & walk-in clients
Understand customer needs and Provide end to end solutions for the customer: From Visa Support, Air Tickets Solution, Proposal Preparation, Customized Tour Itinerary Creation to Final Payment Collection.
Follow up leads regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends, such as cultural events and emergencies.
Maintain long-term relationships with individual & corporate clients & Uphold company's reputation as a top-tier travel agency through quality customer service and good results.
Corporate Visit & Business Development
Conduct corporate visits to offices, companies, and institutions to promote travel services
Assist in corporate deal negotiation and service finalization & Build and maintain a corporate client database
Lead Generation & Market Development
Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, social media & field activities
Support company marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Passion for generating new ideas to make innovative tour packages & make addition of new country tour packages to serve more customers’ need.
Identify new business opportunities and travel trends in the market
Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead follow-up
Travel Operations Support
Assist in air ticket booking, hotel reservation & visa documentation
Build and maintain positive relationships with tourism organizations, including hotels, restaurants, tour vendors, and event-ticketing companies.
Ensure accuracy of booking details and travel documents
Reporting & CRM
Update customer data, leads, and bookings in CRM / Google Sheets
Maintain proper records of sales, follow-ups, and corporate visits
Collect customer feedback and testimonials after trip completion
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass). Any Educational Qualifications can be considered for potential experienced candidate.
1–3 years’ Proven experience in sales, must be in the travel or tourism industry.
Has a Proven Track Record of selling travel packages to customers & Right Attitude to achieve Monthly Sales Target.
Strong Communication & Negotiation skills (English & Bangla)
Customer-centric mindset with a knack for understanding clients’ needs.
Good Command in Computer Literacy especially in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
