Additional Requirements:

·         Proficiency in golf management software, POS systems, booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analytics

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Bangla preferred)

·         PGA certification or equivalent (preferred); First Aid/CPR; Food safety certification (preferred)

·         Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, guest service orientation, communication, and change management.

·     Expertise in golf operations, entertainment venue management, or hospitality management



Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

The Golf Operations Manager is the senior-most leader responsible for ensuring the strategic and operational excellence of all golf-related activities at SuperGolf. This role oversees 107 golf bays (73 Deluxe and 34 VIP), three simulators, the Pro Shop, and a team of more than 50 staff members. The Golf Operations Manager drives revenue growth, enhances guest satisfaction, improves operational efficiency, and fosters team development while embodying the "Golf for All" mission.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Performance

·         Achieve RevPAB (Revenue per Available Bay) targets as outlined in the Strategic Business Plan.

·         Manage the golf operations P&L (Profit & Loss), including revenue forecasting and cost control.

·         Identify and implement new revenue streams (e.g., leagues, tournaments, corporate programs).

Guest Experience & Service Excellence
•     Develop and implement VIP and corporate guest recognition programs.
•     Personally engage with key guests, members, and corporate clients.

Team Leadership & Development

•     Build a high-performance culture aligned with the "Golf for All" values.

•     Oversee training and certification programs for all golf operations staff.

Operational Excellence & Technology

•      Ensure all bays and simulators maintain operational readiness with 99.5%+ uptime.

•      Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean operational principles.

Program design, Events & Corporate Partnerships

·         Develop and execute leagues, tournaments, and junior golf programs

·         Collaborate with the Sales team on corporate events and VIP bay bookings

F&B Coordination & Collaboration Responsibilities

•     Collaborate with F&B leadership to optimize the in-bay dining experience (including delivery times, menu offerings, and presentation).

•    Work with F&B on seasonal menu launches, promotions, and special events impacting bay guests.

•   Partner with F&B to develop exclusive VIP bay dining packages (e.g., 19th Hole, Heritage) for corporate clients.

•    Participate in F&B menu tastings to ensure offerings are suitable for bay dining (easy to eat, minimal mess, good temperature retention).

Safety & Compliance

•   Ensure all safety protocols are followed across all golf areas.
•   Lead emergency response drills and safety training sessions with the coordination of Fire & Safety Department.
