We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Student Visa Consultancy Support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Face to Face Customer Support.

• Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries.

• Customers schedule according to the day and time.

• Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information.

• Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty.

• Manage customers complains accordingly.

• Ensure customer services according to the given requirements.

• Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.

• Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;

Work at office Educational Requirements:

• HSC or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
