Responsibilities & Context:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Handle client queries (Air Ticket, Visa, Tour Packages) via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
Prepare customized tour itineraries and package plans
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Email)
Manage and grow social media presence
Generate creative content ideas to promote services
Report daily/weekly sales performance
