Responsibilities & Context:
The position is responsible for driving all B2B revenue at Super Golf, including corporate accounts, group events, catering, private dining, weddings, and corporate tournaments. This role leads a team of sales professionals, develops and executes the sales strategy, builds relationships with key corporate clients, and achieves aggressive revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute the annual sales plan to achieve revenue targets across corporate sales, events, catering, and private dining (annual; reviewed quarterly)
Set individual and team sales targets aligned with overall business objectives (monthly)
Identify and prioritize target corporate accounts by industry including banking, telecom, FMCG, pharma, MNCs, and NGOs
Develop pricing strategies for corporate packages, events, and catering offerings
Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust sales strategies as required
Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and performance reports to the Head of Operations
Identify and develop new revenue streams such as corporate leagues, sponsored events, and annual memberships
Team Leadership & Sales Management
Conduct weekly sales meetings to review pipeline status, targets, and challenges
Foster a high-performance, competitive, and ethical sales culture aligned with company values
Corporate Account Management
Personally manage the top 20 strategic corporate accounts (ongoing)
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Events & Catering Sales
Lead the events and catering sales team to achieve revenue targets (ongoing)
Develop attractive event packages for corporate offsites, holiday parties, product launches, and weddings
Private Dining & VIP Sales
Oversee private dining sales for The 19th Hole and Heritage & Private Dining Room (ongoing)
Develop exclusive private dining and corporate entertainment packages (quarterly)
Sales Operations & CRM
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the CRM system (daily)
Develop and update sales collateral including proposals, presentations, one-pagers, and menus
Marketing & Partnership Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and promotional campaigns
Provide sales insights and market feedback to Marketing for campaign optimization
Coordinate with the Partnerships Manager to execute co-marketing and sponsorship initiatives
