Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Training: Assign daily tasks, train new staff on cleaning procedures, and motivate the team to maintain high standards.
Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and brand standards.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Prepare staff shifts, manage breaks, and cover for absences.
Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders to restock as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints, special requests, and inquiries in a professional manner.
