Responsibilities & Context:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room supplies
Ensure rooms are neat, hygienic, and ready for guests
Check room condition regularly during duty hours
Report maintenance issues or damages to the concerned department
Follow cleaning schedules and hotel standards
Assist guests with basic requests politely
Coordinate with front office for room status updates
Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment
Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards
Maintain housekeeping inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, amenities)
Prepare daily reports and update room status
Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are followed
