Responsibilities & Context:
Work & stay in site Mandatory.
Material Estimating & Costing
Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Building Construction Work
Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site work
Basic skills in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work at project sites
Ability to handle tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
Civil Construction & Site Supervision
Estimation and Quantity Measurement
Project Planning & Scheduling
Basic Budgeting
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance
Material Management and Site Reporting
