• American International University Bangladesh,Bangladesh Army International University of Science & Technology(BAIUST),Comilla,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Best Tex International Ltd. Is representing garment Dry Process and Washing machineries. Now we are seeking a Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager in After Sales who is working in a Denim Washing Factory or Textile mill Composite Factory at least 2/3 years as a Asst. Managerial level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have conduct the after sales Team.

• Collaborate with after sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide after sales support.

• Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling maintenance of all electrical system works.

• Verification of all types of electrical requirements'’ installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings.

• Perform electrical or Mechanical engineering systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations.

• Preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.

• Perform Automation system & Commissioning to Full Automation project developing.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.

• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.

• Help clients to solve all problems with installed equipment.

• Every day service planning with team and discuss about customer call, then make schedule accordingly.

• Maintain well communicate and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Responds their call/email.

• Any others job Assigned by Management.
