Responsibilities & Context:
Best Tex International Ltd. Is representing garment Dry Process and Washing machineries. Now we are seeking a Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager in After Sales who is working in a Denim Washing Factory or Textile mill Composite Factory at least 2/3 years as a Asst. Managerial level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must have conduct the after sales Team.
- Collaborate with after sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide after sales support.
- Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling maintenance of all electrical system works.
- Verification of all types of electrical requirements'’ installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings.
- Perform electrical or Mechanical engineering systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations.
- Preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
- Perform Automation system & Commissioning to Full Automation project developing.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Help clients to solve all problems with installed equipment.
- Every day service planning with team and discuss about customer call, then make schedule accordingly.
- Maintain well communicate and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responds their call/email.
- Any others job Assigned by Management.
