• Minimum 2 years’ relevant site experience in building construction;basement or substructure experience preferred.

• Strong practical knowledge of reinforced concrete works, finishing works, and construction sequencing.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and prepare measurement reports.

• Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of site safety standards and basic QA/QC procedures.

1. Supervision: Oversee raft, footing, slab, column, beam, shear wall, retaining wall, staircase, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.

2. Structural Monitoring: Monitor reinforcement placement, shuttering alignment, embedment coordination, and concrete pouring sequences.

3. Quality & Accuracy: Perform measurements, verify line/level/plumb using surveying instruments, and ensure overall dimensional accuracy.

4. Surveying: Assist in setting out, surveying, benchmarking, levels, and layout works.

5. Material Management: Monitor material consumption, prepare material reconciliation statements, report shortages, and coordinate with the procurement department.

6. Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, labor productivity logs, equipment utilization records, and photographic documentation.

7. Testing & QA: Assist in pre-pour inspections, slump testing, cube sampling, and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities.

8. Safety: Ensure strict compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

9. Coordination: Collaborate with MEP, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors for smooth structural and finishing execution.
