Responsibilities & Context:
1.To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and bank as well as in person inquiries
2.Make customer sales data bank is required as and when required and follow up on that as a regular basis.
3.Set up client meeting and if required do client meeting with sales team.
4.Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and others when required.
5.Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
6.Demonstrate software product and make presentation to clients if required.
7.Explain the services and products benefits to customers for maximizing the use of software by phone or on premises.
