Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Engineering Degree from a reputable institute.

• A certificate from a reputable professional institute in building economics / quantity surveying / building surveying / construction management or equivalent will be preferred.

• At least 10 years

• Age At least 35 years

Experience Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in quantity-survey work of building construction projects.

• Experience of at least 1 project related to VTD / industrial / chemical / pharmaceutical projects, lab-testing or training centre will be preferred.

• Experience on a foreign-aided / externally-financed development project will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quantity surveying, cost estimation & budgeting, BoQ, contract administration, building construction.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and computer literacy are required.

• The position is offered on a contractual basis with intermittent inputs (measured in person-months) over the project period.

• Assist the Team Leader in quantity-surveying matters of the project.

• Review and advise on cost estimations and budgeting for the complete EPC project.

• Support contract administration.
