  • 12–15 years of professional experience in a reputed real estate developer.

  • Membership in the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Sketch Up, Lumion/Escape, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, building codes, and construction detailing.

  • Experience in preparing working drawings, BOQ, and project documentation.

  • Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the planning, design, and development of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects. 

  • Prepare conceptual designs, architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials. 

  • Develop detailed design, construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs in compliance with project requirements. 

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, RAJUK regulations, fire and Life safety codes and authority approval procedures. 

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants throughout all project phases. 

  • Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups. 

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality, design compliance, and timely resolution of technical issues. 

  • Lead design coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are achieved. 

  • Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafting teams. 

  • Evaluate project risks and recommend appropriate design and construction solutions. 

  • Ensure proper documentation, project records, and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.  

  • Coordinate authority submissions and obtain necessary approvals from relevant government agencies. 

  • Prepare design reports, feasibility studies, and technical presentations for clients and management. 

  • Review material selection, façade systems, and finishing specifications to ensure durability and sustainability. 

  • Stay updated with modern architectural trends, sustainable design practices, BIM technology, and industry standards. 

  • Perform any other architectural and project-related duties assigned by management.
