Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
Experience in using ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate daily production planning and execution.
Prepare and coordinate daily, monthly, and long-term production plans in line with business requirements.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production reports for management review.
Monitor and control production budgets and departmental costs to ensure cost-effective operations.
Analyze production issues using PDCA, 5W2H, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance production performance.
Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support organizational goals and business requirements.
