• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling.

• Basic knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.

• Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray will be considered an advantage.

• Good understanding of architectural drawings and design documentation.

• Strong creativity with excellent visualization and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines.

• Design and develop innovative architectural and interior concepts for Hostel branches.

• Prepare detailed 3D models in SketchUp for hostel rooms, reception areas, lobbies, dining spaces, and common areas.

• Develop efficient bed layouts and optimize space utilization based on operational requirements.

• Create interior design concepts, including furniture layouts, materials, textures, colour schemes, and finishes.

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation renderings for management approval.

• Modify and improve designs based on management feedback and project requirements.

• Coordinate with the Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and feasible for execution.

• Conduct site visits when required to assess existing facilities and monitor project progress.

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, design documentation, and project presentations.

• Ensure all designs comply with company standards, safety requirements, and operational functionality.

• Stay updated with modern architectural trends, interior design concepts, and innovative space-planning techniques.
