  • Valid motorcycle driving license with willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in calibration sales, instrumentation sales, or a related technical sales role.

  • Practical knowledge of equipment calibration and calibration laboratory services.

  • Experience in preparing technical and commercial quotations.

  • Familiarity with instrumentation and calibration equipment vendors.

  • Experience in solution-based technical sales will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong business development and customer acquisition capability.

  • Good understanding of equipment calibration and instrumentation.

  • Knowledge of Bangladesh VAT, AIT, and other applicable government regulations related to sales.

  • Sound understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements and calibration laboratory operations.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

  • Strong business development, technical sales, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and commercial awareness with effective time management.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Calibration to lead and expand our calibration services business across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, promoting calibration laboratory services, and achieving sustainable sales growth.

The successful candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of calibration and instrumentation, excellent business development skills, and the ability to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and expand the market for instrumentation calibration services by maintaining existing customers and acquiring new clients.

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent sales support.

  • Support the company's business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Generate and qualify sales leads and maintain customer records, quotations, and project information.

Technical Sales & Customer Solutions

  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations, including pricing calculations, based on customer requirements.

  • Provide technical sales solutions related to calibration and instrumentation services.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for calibration and instrumentation-related products and services.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of calibration standards, laboratory services, and industry best practices.

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Ensure timely follow-up of quotations and customer inquiries.

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer accounts, projects, and sales activities.

  • Support business expansion initiatives through effective market intelligence and customer engagement.
