Responsibilities & Context:
Installation & Commissioning: Setting up new diesel, petrol, or gas generator units at client sites.
Maintenance & Servicing: Performing routine, preventive, and periodic servicing of generator systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, engine overhauling, and control panel (PLC) issues.
Customer Support: Providing 24/7 technical breakdown support and keeping strong client relationships.
Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular service logs and action plans to management
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engine overhauling, alternators, wiring, and protection systems.
