Experience:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Generator sales & Services company.
Strong knowledge of the manufacturing, RMG, pharma, cement, FMCG, data center, glass, health, etc., industries to identify opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office for managing reports, presentations, and analyses.
Hard-working, efficient, and interested in traveling anywhere within the country.
Positive work ethic and results-oriented in assigned responsibilities.
Updated knowledge of customer demand, market conditions, market penetration, segmentation, and pricing.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategic business plans to hit or exceed annual sales and profit targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects to design effective sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and budget reports for senior management.
Identify untapped markets across commercial, industrial, (e.g., RMG, FMCG, Pharma, Data Centers, Developers), and public sectors.
2. Team Leadership & Coaching
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives and technical support engineers.
Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze pipeline data, and evaluate individual team performance.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients for Genset sell, Rental & Services.
Build and maintain strong networks with Industrialists e.g factory owners, project managers, consultants, and procurement heads across various industries.
Conduct site visits to assess complex power requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, and lead commercial contract negotiations.
4. Operational Coordination
Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and service departments to ensure smooth product delivery, testing, and installation.
Manage after-sales support and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
Understand client requirements, present technical solutions, and collaborate with the engineering team to prepare accurate technical and financial proposals
5. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for generator sets and service maintenance contracts.
