Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architect Designer with expertise in interior, residential, and industrial design to lead projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and aesthetically appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models for interior spaces, residential buildings, and industrial facilities.
Create detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and functional needs.
Coordinated with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building codes (BNBC).
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design challenges.
Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project goals and sustainability standards.
Prepare presentations, mood boards, and project reports for stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
