Responsibilities & Context:
Assist Production Manager in daily production planning and execution
Monitor production floor activities (Laser cutting, bending, welding, fabrication, etc.)
Ensure production target is achieved on time
Maintain quality standards of finished products
Supervise workers and machine operators
Prepare daily production reports
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
Coordinate with store and maintenance department
Ensure workplace safety and discipline
Delivery product.
