Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of all medical equipment and devices.
Troubleshoot, repair, and provide technical support for hospital biomedical instruments.
Maintain records of equipment service, preventive maintenance schedules, and warranty claims.
Maintaining and repairing biomedical machines and equipment, when needed.
Train clinical staff on safe and proper use of biomedical equipment.
Provide services and visit reports for business reviews.
Have to travel all over the country as per client queries whenever required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facility managers.
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations regarding biomedical devices.
