সিস্টেম ডিজাইন;
প্রজেক্টের বাজেট তৈরি;
তদারকি এবং কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল;
মনিটরিং এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষন করা;
মাঠ পর্যায়ে যে কোন সমস্যা বা চ্যালেঞ্জ নিয়ে কাজের মনমানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
