· The candidate must have experience in overseeing Solar System Design and the complete Tender/Bidding process for EPC projects, including project BOQ/BOM analysis, ensuring technical compliance, and managing commercial negotiations effectively.

· Experience: 6+ years in tender/proposal management, specifically within the renewable energy/solar industry.

.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EPC contracts, solar PV technology, and industry standards.

·Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

Design & Optimization:

• System designs for PV modelling projects for Industrial Rooftop Solar Project.

• Using computer-aided design (CAD) to prepare PV layouts, SLD, BOM preparation, 3D/2D project modelling, Structure fabrication drawings & RFQ preparation.

Tender :

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids for solar projects.

• Hands-on experience in e-GP tender submission and tender documentation.

• Prepare BOQs, quotations, techno-commercial offers, and project-related documentation.

• Collaborate with product, pricing, and legal terms to formulate winning bid strategies.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings, respond to clarifications, and gather market intelligence to shape future bids.
