Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Manager – Sales & Marketing (Industrial & Pump Projects) is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales, business development, client relationship management, and e-GP tender participation. The role focuses on securing industrial and project-based pump contracts, managing key customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring successful execution of sales opportunities while achieving the company's revenue and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial pumps and project-based solutions.

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government, private, industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure sectors.

  3. Manage the complete e-GP tendering process, including tender identification, document preparation, bid submission, compliance, and follow-up.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and government organizations to generate new business.

  5. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, cost estimates, and negotiate contracts with clients.

  6. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project implementation teams to ensure timely execution and successful project delivery.

  7. Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and recommend pricing and business development strategies.

  8. Lead, supervise, and evaluate the sales team by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance.

  9. Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.

  10. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, project pipeline updates, tender status reports, revenue forecasts, and business performance reports to management.
