MBA/BBA (Major in Marketing or Supply Chain) with Science in HSC & SSC.

Having good communication skill (written & oral) in English.
Having good commercial knowledge (Import, Export, Purchase, Payments, Shipment, etc.)
Ability to gather product knowledge on Pharmaceutical Machinery and Raw Materials within quickest possible time.
Having computer skill in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe PDF, Auto CAD
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and drive team members to achieve all set objectives.
Management of existing and new overseas Supplier for effective and efficient business operation.
Look after the Administrative affairs of the Division.
Communication with overseas Suppliers and local Customers.
Prepare Quotations (technical & commercial offer) with correct and complete Enquiry Forms.
Negotiate price, scope of supply, commercial terms etc. with overseas Suppliers.
Prepare Indent/Pro-forma Invoice to open L/C.
Checking of LC (Draft/Original) and shipping documents.
Follow up Shipments correctly.
Follow up payment by Customers to Principal/Suppliers against shipment & LC.
To assist Divisional Head to perform his responsibilities as leader of the Division smoothly.
To coordinate and manage Sales, Technical and Office Management members for smooth functioning of Division.
Management of Divisional records, flies (both soft & hard copy), documents.
Preparation of different kind of reports of the Division.
Gather Product Knowledge and assist sales Personnel to improve their Product Knowledge.
Other work / task / assignment given by the Management.
