Experience:
Ability to do relationship marketing.
Ability to communicate with Top Management Personnel of customer.
Ability to generate sales of Machinery or Equipment from Industries.
Ability to travel on daily basis.
Study and gather product knowledge, commercial knowledge and knowledge on business process and update your knowledge regularly.
Visit selected customers for promotion of product and services. And, generate/collect enquiry from concern person (s) and also understand customer actual needs.
Study the quotation/offer and make necessary amendment to comply the needs/requirement of customer. And, then submit quotation/offer to customers and brief them completely and clearly how your quotation/offer will meet their needs/requirements.
Follow up quotation with all concern person (s) in the buying process of customers and make presentation on technical, commercial issues and scope of supply. Prepare and submit comparative statement (CS) to customer to make clear the scope of supply and points to be compared with your competitors.
Build up rapport with all concern person (s) in buying process for relationship marketing and build up trust on you as Excelsior Representative.
Make technical and commercial negotiate with concern person (s) of customer on your quotation/offer and scope of supply as per CS and secure order.
Follow up Indent/PI for opening LC by customer.
Conduct Pre Shipment Inspection (FAT), Post Shipment Inspection (SAT) and installation & commissioning of machinery with the help of Technical Personnel.
Achieve Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target.
Conduct any other work / task / assignment given by the Management on time to time.
Incentives on achieving sales target.
