1. Structural Design & Analysis: Perform structural analysis and detailed design of RCC and Prestressed Concrete (PSC) bridges, culverts, flyovers, and retaining structures using software like ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000.

2. Drawing Review & Vetting: Review, vet, and modify structural drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings submitted by consultants to ensure constructability.

3. Site Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee the execution of structural works on-site (piling, girder casting, prestressing, decking) to ensure strict adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.

4. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs and construction methodologies strictly comply with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), AASHTO, and RHD (Roads and Highways Department) standards.

5. Foundation Engineering: Analyze soil investigation reports to determine foundation types (deep foundations like bored piles, or shallow foundations) and design them accordingly.

6. Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Highway Engineers, and clients (RHD). Prepare daily/weekly progress reports regarding structural components.

7. Material Inspection: Supervise and verify the quality testing of construction materials (concrete compressive strength, steel rebar tensile testing, etc.).
