Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed project schedules for road and bridge construction, including all phases from design through to completion.
∎ Review and analyze design specifications, blueprints, and construction drawings for road and bridge projects.
∎ Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
∎ Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and addressing any cost overruns or savings opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, delays, and any necessary adjustments.
∎ Coordinate with design engineers, construction teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
∎ Ensure that construction activities meet quality standards and comply with engineering specifications, codes, and regulations.
∎ Provide technical support and solutions for any issues that arise during the planning and execution of road and bridge projects.
