Senior Civil Engineer & Project Coordinator
About the Role: We seek a highly mobile Senior Civil Engineer & Project Coordinator dedicated to managing projects across Bangladesh. This role requires complete commitment to travel and work at various project sites nationwide, ensuring quality construction and interior works from planning to completion.
Location: Nationwide Project Sites
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Nationwide:
Willingness to relocate/travel to any project location in Bangladesh
Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish.
Ensure all projects comply with safety and Regulatory Standards .
Oversee multiple construction/interior projects simultaneously across different regions
Conduct frequent site visits (minimum 70% field work)
Design & Supervision:
Prepare and approve technical drawings for diverse regional projects
Adapt designs to local conditions and material availability
Supervise subcontractors across all project locations
Cross-Country Coordination:
Maintain constant communication between HQ and remote sites
Resolve location-specific challenges (logistics, labour, materials)
Ensure consistent quality standards across all projects
