Responsibilities & Context:
Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Repair:
Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of battery swapping stations and related equipment.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
Station Deployment and Setup:
Lead deployment of new swapping stations, coordinating installation and site preparation to ensure smooth setups.
Optimize station layout and performance for efficient operation.
Service Team Training and SOP Development:
Develop and implement SOPs for the service team to maintain consistent, high-quality operations.
Train service engineers on maintenance and repair processes, updating procedures as needed.
Quality Assurance and Reporting:
Audit service performance to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards while preparing reports for management.
Development and optimization of control system for battery swapping cabinet
Develop a complete and independent battery swapping cabinet system to facilitate daily maintenance and handling of problems
Continuously optimize the various functions of the battery swap cabinet system to ensure that the battery swap cabinet system can support operational needs
