Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical preferred) or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience in industrial gases, healthcare supply, pharmaceuticals, or other safety-critical industries will be preferred.
Technical Skills
Proven exposure to managing third-party logistics providers and multi-location distribution operations.
Hands-on experience with inventory management, liquid logistics, and capacity planning.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting operational, performance, and safety reports to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and SOP-driven operational environments.
Digital and productivity acumen with analytical capability to contribute through data driven approach
IT Skills
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) for inventory and material management.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

Ensure all distribution operations are executed in strict adherence to transport safety requirements, company SOPs, and applicable government and regulatory standards. Daily activities of Central- Excise and any other commercial related issues. To ensure statutory compliances related to tankers movement operations
Improve tanker utilization by ensuring vehicles detention less and monitoring payload utilization and fill gap efficiency.
Manage end-to-end delivery operations and technical coordination for healthcare and industrial customers across the country, ensuring safe, reliable, and timely supply in line with operational and safety standards.
To provide and achieve higher customer satisfaction levels by continuously improving the service standards and timely deliveries.
Oversee last-mile distribution operations through multiple logistics service providers, managing contractor performance, compliance, and service quality to ensure safe and reliable deliveries.
Act as the primary technical and operational contact for customers, Contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
Monitor and manage product inventory for healthcare and industrial customers under VMI protocols, ensuring timely replenishment at desired stock levels, while overseeing inventory across multiple distribution centers nationwide to maintain uninterrupted supply. Planning and execution of monthly distribution for all major market sectors.
Monitor and control national liquid product stock levels against defined targets by maintaining close coordination with production, import, and sourcing partners. Daily coordination with Operations and Sales for product availability and demand fulfilment
Track daily delivery execution, reconcile invoices against proof-of-delivery records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer claims. Ensure volume delivered to the customers as per the plan by adherence to vehicles transit time and daily monitoring and initiate action for any deviation.
Prepare and analyze periodic operational and performance review reports against defined logistics KPIs. Plan and ensure efficient and optimized utilization of assets.
Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives, including improvements in distribution KPIs and enhancement of delivery safety. Develop and introduce cost effective working methods to rationalize operational cost. Also explore alternate sources to optimize cost.
Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to execute regional guidelines and directives within country operations.
Manage and lead a team of frontline personnel, including drivers, helpers, dispatchers, and schedulers; provide performance guidance to build a highly efficient, disciplined, and safety-focused delivery operation.
Provide technical and operational support as facility manager for assigned distribution centers while implementing global facility directives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations including Dewar filling operations. Oversee operational accounting activities including loss monitoring, reporting, and timely reconciliation.
Drive digitalization and sustainability through data driven approach for own and associated cross-functional processes.
Interacting with the customers and redressing any customer complaints.
