Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project sites.
Monitor project progress and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate seamlessly with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Review architectural/structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications, ensuring proper implementation on-site.
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and present project schedules, progress reports, and cost-tracking reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive quality control checks.
Manage subcontractors effectively and ensure proper resource allocation.
Identify and resolve technical and structural issues during the construction phase.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project milestones.
Assist management in project budgeting, cost estimation, and variation management.
