Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Diploma in Civil

• At least 4 years

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant site experience in building construction; basement or substructure experience preferred.

• Strong practical knowledge of reinforced concrete works, finishing works and construction sequencing.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and prepare measurement reports.

• Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of site safety standards and basic QA/QC procedures.

Job Context:

Support site execution activities, supervise day-to-day civil and structural works, ensure workmanship quality, material control, dimensional accuracy, and coordination under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise raft, footing, slab, column, beam, shear wall, retaining wall, staircase and finishing work as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor reinforcement placement, shuttering alignment, embedment coordination and concrete pouring sequence.

• Perform measurements, verify line/level/plumb using surveying instruments, and ensure dimensional accuracy.

• Assist in setting out, surveying, benchmarking, levels and layout works.

• Monitor material consumption, prepare material reconciliation statements, report shortages and coordinate with procurement.

• Prepare daily progress reports, labour productivity logs, equipment utilization records, and photographic documentation.

• Assist in pre-pour inspections, slump testing, cube sampling, and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities.

• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC and subcontractors for smooth structural and finishing execution
