• Strong knowledge of foundation engineering, deep excavation systems, retaining structures, diaphragm walls, piling works, shotcrete applications, structural waterproofing systems, and underground construction methodologies under Dhaka soil conditions

• Excellent project management, planning, scheduling and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD (drawing review capability) and MS Office.

• Strong cost-control, contract administration and variation management skills.

• Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management ability.

• Knowledge of local building codes (BNBC), permitting and authority approval processes.

Job Context:

REVE Properties Limited is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead premium high-rise building construction projects in Dhaka, with mandatory hands-on experience in double-basement construction works under urban soil conditions. The role requires full technical and managerial responsibility for project planning, methodology development, execution, safety, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), schedule control (CPM), and cost management in accordance with approved drawings, BNBC, and contractual requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of the project (pre-construction planning, construction execution, testing & commissioning, and final handover).

• Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP), detailed work methodology, and resource allocation plan for double-basement excavation and substructure works.

• Oversee deep excavation works including shoring systems (sheet pile / soldier pile & lagging / diaphragm wall as applicable), dewatering systems (deep well / well point), retaining structures, raft foundation, uplift resistance measures, and structural waterproofing systems.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules using CPM (MS Project / Primavera P6), track critical path activities, and implement recovery plans where required.

• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, earned value analysis, variation orders, claims, and procurement coordination aligned with project milestones.

• Ensure strict compliance with structural drawings, technical specifications, BNBC provisions, method statements, and approved ITPs.

• Supervise piling works (bored cast-in-situ / driven piles), load testing, pile integrity testing (PIT), cube testing, and related quality control procedures.

• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site teams; coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP engineers and relevant local authorities (e.g., RAJUK).

• Implement and enforce HSE policies onsite including excavation safety, confined space entry, lifting plans, working-at-height compliance, and risk assessments (JSA/TRA).

• Conduct site progress meetings, prepare progress reports, RFI logs, NCR tracking, daily site records and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Resolve technical, structural and site coordination issues promptly to avoid delay and cost overrun.
