Education:

• FCA/FCMA (Mandatory); MBA in Finance/Accounting preferred

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in large organizations, preferably multinational

Technical Skills

• Must have Finance & Accounting skills, Reporting skills and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills

• Good understanding of Group Companies act, regulatory guidelines, prepare CIG statement, SAP FI module to maintain high standard of documentation

• Interpersonal relations with in & outside the company

• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

• Timely completion of the assigned job to meet various targets (Group & local)

IT Skills

• Experienced in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Competencies

• Work closely with the Finance Manager and other officers in various locations within the country, external organisations including industry and legislative bodies.

• Collaboration with other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end/quarter-end reporting within the stipulated time

• Preparation of statutory financial statements/quarterly financial statements for the local stakeholders

• All treasury operations and services, liquidity management, bank account consolidation, cash pooling and the identification of foreign exchange exposures

• Responsible for implementing the LoA and review the same on a timely manner

• Develops, communicates, enforces and maintains Accounts Payable policies and procedures

• Works with vendors and supply management team to resolve disputes and ensure that services are not interrupted

• Investigates and closes off vendor billing or payments errors and other issues

• Control CAPEX budget and ensure capitalization on time and complete the CAPEX reporting to the Region

• Comply with policy & procedures and tax regulations while making any payments

• Looking after the regulatory requirements like BB, BIDA, NBR and responsible for overall foreign remittance as and when required

• Face the statutory and internal audit and ensure implantation of the auditor’s recommendation within stipulated time

• Responsible for making monthly tax provision and filing of tax return along with transfer pricing return and others in accordance with the law

• Perform any other activity as assigned by the management whenever required
