  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial plant operations

  • Experience in at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role

  • Technical Skills

  • ASU plant operation & troubleshooting

  • Preventive & breakdown maintenance

  • Cryogenic systems knowledge

  • Plant reliability & asset management

  • Process safety & PTW compliance

  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Spare parts & inventory management

  • ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 compliance

  • Internal audit & regulatory compliance

  • KPI monitoring & cost optimization

  • Contractor & shutdown management

  • IT Skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute annual operational plans covering production, maintenance, manpower, and cost control.

  • Ensure uninterrupted and safe operation of ASU plant to meet sales demand.

  • Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies to improve plant reliability.

  • Shift management of the process plants to ensure optimum productivity.

  • Ensure full statutory compliance with regulatory authorities.

  • Drive safety culture by enforcing Golden Rules, PTW compliance, safety stand-down programs, and risk assessments.

  • Manage plant spares planning, inventory control, and procurement coordination.

  • Maintain and monitor Integrated Management System (ISO 9001,14001,45001 etc.), FSSC 22K, conduct internal audits and management review meetings.

  • Lead and develop plant team members in collaboration with HR.

  • Monitor operational KPIs and optimize plant performance and cost efficiency.

  • Prepare and present production and performance reports to cluster/regional teams.

  • Manage contractors and ensure asset security and workforce safety.
