The incumbent must be a graduate in Pharmacy, Engineering, Nursing, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Applied Chemistry.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Clinical Application, Business Planning, or Operations, of which at least 2 years should be in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry, industrial gases, or chemical industry.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Product Management and Strategy/Strategic Planning.
Exposure to financial business models will be an added advantage.

Lead the development of product strategies for Entonox and other medical gases & gas mixes used by healthcare customers/market segments across Bangladesh.
Drive marketing initiatives for Entonox and other medical gases to create new customers and implement growth initiatives in existing accounts or new geographic areas to maximize market penetration in Bangladesh.
Define, develop, and maintain PSOs for medical gases (including quality, specifications, sales team training, and positioning with customers) and ensure implementation at the country level.
Monitor competitor activities and strategies and update the HOD and sales team regularly.
Support the HOD in prioritizing and preparing CAPEX requirements for healthcare gases.
Assist the HOD in the development and implementation of product strategies and key customer engagement programs.
Support the healthcare team with sales planning and achievement.
