Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Business Studies (MBS)

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At most 30 years

• 1-2 years of experience in related field will be given preference.

• Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products at the depot as per company SOP and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory management through FIFO/FEFO practices.

• Monitor physical stock regularly and ensure stock reconciliation with system records.

• Ensure timely delivery of medicines and promotional materials according to approved distribution schedules.

• Maintain proper documentation of challans, invoices, transfer records, and stock registers.

• Monitor expiry, damaged, and short shelf-life products and coordinate return or adjustment processes.

• Ensure proper temperature control, cleanliness, and housekeeping inside the depot warehouse.

• Conduct periodic stock counting and support internal/external audit activities.

• Coordinate with Head Office, Distribution, Accounts, and Sales teams regarding stock movement and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly depot inventory and operational reports.

• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of pharmaceutical products.

• Maintain proper security and safety measures within the depot premises.

• Support smooth depot operations to ensure uninterrupted product supply to customers and market.
