Responsibilities & Context:

Prepare proposal for new product with its technical & market feasibility study.

Collaborate with Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Plant Operations to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of new molecules.

Prepare and review yearly sales and promotional budget of assigned products.

Formulate the marketing plan, coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve the set business growth.

Prepare text lay-out for all kinds of packaging materials printed promo-materials & advertisement that are related to products.

Develop training manuals, packaging and promotional materials.

Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of products.

Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitors' data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats across all the company's product categories and markets.

Identify market trend and its impact on business and new business opportunity.

Analyze brand and portfolio performance (monthly, quarterly and yearly), interpret the situation and take necessary actions accordingly.

Design cost effective marketing plan and promotional campaigns.

Prepare monthly action plan in light of yearly marketing plan of assigned products.

Coordinate with Medical Affairs Department to conduct Seminar, Clinical Meeting.

Communicate with Commercial, Planning & Procurement, Distribution and other relevant departments for smooth supply of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Promotional Materials and Finished Products.

Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs Department for Product Registration and approval of promotional materials by Drug Administration of Govt. of Bangladesh.

Supervise all promotional campaigns.

Conduct training program for all field forces.

Any other responsibilities given by the Top Management.
